Your Responsibilities:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring
the semi-automated
bag-slitting machine, initially during
the day shift
• Performing cleaning and setup procedures during
product changeovers
• Identifying and
resolving production issues; reconfiguring the equipment for
various locations
• Assisting with warehouse operations,
facility cleaning, and
production support tasks
• Collaborating on continuous
improvements to production processes

Your Profile:

• Experience in the
field of plastics processing,
specifically masterbatches, is desirable
• Prior knowledge of electrical systems is advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems,
including experience with mobile
data collection devices
• Manual dexterity and
precision
• Independent and reliable
work ethic, as well as teamwork and
communication skills
• Experience working in a three-shift operation
• Forklift certification
